The first letter below, from my Solicitor,  confirms that a letter was sent to the Jurors who sat at my criminal trial, by theChief Clerk: Hull Court Centre, which made my advertisements to contact them ineffective. Obviously neither the Court, nor Judge Simpson wished to hear the evidence that the Jurors' may have given relating to the two Police Officers true testimony and of course, the oaths that they had taken could not be broken as the Chief Clerk had apparently made the Jurors believe, because they had already  complied with the oath by delivering their verdict according to the evidence.

Letter from the Chief clerk to myself informing me that the jurors may be encouraged to break the oaths that they had taken.  The oath that they'd taken was this. [quote] "I sincerely swear by almighty God that i will faithfully try the defendant according to the evidence." [Unquote] The oath could not be broken after the jury had discharged their duty by delivering their verdicts. The letter was, apparently, designed to deceive the jurors
