Mrs. West having consistently declined to provide me with certification of her
        transcripts, I was obliged to seek an order of Court for her to do so. Unfortunately
        Mrs. West still declined to provide verification despite these two orders.


 
After this 2nd Order stateing that Mrs. West had failed to comply with the 1st  Order, Mrs. West deviously,  provided an unsigned certificate to try to disguise the fact that she had failed to comply with the 1st Court Order.

Further, Mrs. West perjured herself, by way of affidavit, in paragraph 15, swearing that she had complied with the 1st Order, but the 2nd Order proves the lie.

Further and in any event, the purported certificate that, she provided is in defiance of the rules governing verification of transcripts, which state that verification must state that the transcript is a complete and correct account of the proceedings (evidence) and again, deviously, she has certified her transcripts as being a complete and correct account of her shorthand notes, which are alleged and are, partially false, with pages having been removed and others, with false evidence inserted.

Further, she ignored the Orders of the Court, which invited her to certify them as being an accurate account of the evidence, in line with the rules, but she, as stated, deviously certified her notes, which are false instead.
